Roussanne is a gorgeous and evocative white varietal made famous from the Rhone valley in France. This wine is a ripe expression of the varietal from a warm vintage, this fruit spent 3 days macerating on its skins before being pressed direct to barrel. Frequent lees stirring, malolactic fermentation, and 18 months in barrel have resulted in an intense wine of texture, weight, and aromatics. This wine has major appeal to the chardonnay lover and yet perhaps a broader likeability due to its fruit expression and minerality. Proudly bottled unfiltered.
