100% Sauvignon Blanc Olsen Vineyard, Yakima Valley AVA
Hand-picked and sorted and macerated on skins for 3 days before being pressed direct to barrel. Barrel fermented and aged sur lie for 6 months in used French oak and stainless-steel barrels. Lees stirring and malolactic fermentation create more body and texture while the higher elevation of the vineyards (1200ft) preserve freshness. Proudly bottled unfiltered- embrace the sediment! Lemon pith, sea spray, tart tropical fruits, river rock, lime zest.
