Ripe expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon from our favorite Red Mountain sites, and an iconic vineyard in Horse Heaven Hills, lends to a powerful and structured wine that also exudes finesse and a suave texture on the finish. It offers complexity for serious wine drinkers and yet is approachable upon first opening. These separate ferments spent 30 days each on its skins with cap management twice a day using manual punch downs mixed with pulsed-air. The wine was aged for 18 months in once and twice used French oak barrels. Proudly bottled unfiltered. On the palate, there are flavors of black currant, dark plum, blackberry pie, and dark chocolate.
