Ripe expressions of red wine from all over the Columbia Valley. Red Mountain, Horse Heaven Hills, and Yakima Valley AVAs are all represented in this blend. Structured and complex for serious wine drinkers and yet approachable and pleasurable to pop open on a Tuesday night. This wine spent 30 days on its skins with cap management twice a day with manual punch downs and pulsed-air. The wine was aged for 18 months in once and twice used French oak barrels. Proudly bottled unfiltered. Black currant, dark plum, blackberry pie, roasted marshmallow, dark chocolate.
